Each of the sessions I create are bespoke depending on your needs.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
This session allows us to explore how I can best help you. Together we agree a treatment programme which suits your needs, which can include flower essences and/or crystal healing as well as Reflexology. This is followed by your first Reflexology treatment.
A 90 minute.

A 60 minute treatment.
